Rena Kangarli Kamil gizi is a Chief Physician and Dermatovenerologist. She graduated from Azerbaijan Medical University in 2006, Faculty of Preventive Medicine. Since 2007, she has been professionally active in the field of dermatovenerology. During her career, she has worked both in Azerbaijan and abroad, including medical institutions in the United Arab Emirates. From 2017 to 2025, she worked at Qashalti Sanatorium, serving as Chief Physician for the last two years. She completed postgraduate training at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty, as well as at the Sverdlovsk Regional Center and Paracels Clinic in Yekaterinburg. Dr. Kangarli is a member of the Eurasian Association of Dermatovenerologists, the Azerbaijan Medical Association, the Union of Trichologists, and the International Dermoscopy Society. Since 2007, she has participated in 71 international conferences in dermatovenerology and immunology and has delivered presentations at five international scientific events. Her scientific work focuses on chronic skin diseases, balneotherapy, psoriasis, and psoriatic arthritis. In 2015, her article on Naftalan treatment for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis was published in the “ZOJ” journal.
